Capital gains: Courageous climber uses Moroccan city of Rabat as his personal gym

A 21-year-old fitness fanatic has turned the entire city of Rabat into his gym.

Instead of spending hours pumping iron to hone his physique, Moroccan Khalid Tenni prefers to do pull ups whilst dangling from the capital’s skyscrapers.

His eight-hour fitness regime also includes handstands on the roofs of tower blocks and scaling the walls of his apartment block.

And all that adrenaline seems to have been the perfect drug for getting hench.

The daredevil muscle-man takes his inspiration from a never-say-die attitude, and Bruce Lee films.

He said: “If you ever think, ‘Man I wish I could do that’ when watching Bruce Lee films, you’re in good company with me!

“People are drawn to incredible feats of strength and many drool over the possibility of performing those skills themselves.

“I’ve made it my life to complete some of those feats.”

And having conquered Rabat, Khalid has his eyes set on the home of the world’s tallest building – Dubai.

He said: “I plan to visit Dubai and a few other places for more videos.”
