A transgender woman has splashed out over £110,000 to look like a plastic human doll.

Ivana Vladislava, 26, was originally born male but shortly after her 11th birthday she began taking female hormone tablets and dressed as a girl.

Now, Ivana, from Berlin, Germany, has spent over £110,000 on cosmetic procedures to change her appearance from male to a female doll.

After undergoing her first nose job at 17 years old, Ivana has now endured ten liposuction procedures, a breast augmentation and has even had parts of her jawline, brow bones and forehead removed.

However, now Ivana is striving to have more surgery so she resembles a plastic doll.

Ivana said: “From the age of 11 I knew that I was a girl and quickly decided to start taking hormones, dressing like a girl and growing my hair long.

“As I grew into a teenager I began hating my appearance, I was ignored by men, I felt fat, ugly and unsexy.

“But I knew I didn’t have to live like that so I made a plan of how to change my look and I began looking for surgeons across the world.

“I booked in to have my nose job when I was 17 and since then I’ve had four more nose surgeries to perfect its size, alongside so many other body surgeries.

“And although my first surgery was painful, I knew that I wanted to continue having work done and become the plastic symbol I want to be.”

Ivana knew surgery was the best and only real option for her to start appearing more female.

Alongside doing everything that she could to feel feminine such as wearing skirts and make-up, Ivana started to look into local and international plastic surgeons to make her dream a reality.

Ivana said: “After identifying as a woman growing up, I knew that I had to have surgery as soon as I could.

“I started with my nose because it was wide and manly, and then I started to get lip fillers to give me plumper lips.

“I then decided to have liposuctions and bone restructures to give me a genuine female, curvy body.

“For me it’s all about looking as pristine and feminine as possible and my great body and face make me very happy.

“I have based my look on a plastic female doll, because I want to look as perfect as possible.

Ivana has funded all £110,000 of her surgery through working hard since she was 17-years-old.

And despite most of her body being altered by plastic silicone implants, Ivana will continue to get cosmetic procedures until she is happy with her final look.

She added: “I have had lots of procedures done, even down to my hairline being lowered to make me look more feminine.

“I strive to have my own individual, yet plastic, look and I want to modify myself into the best person I can be.

“I still want to have my breasts enlarged, my nose to become smaller, implants in my bottom and a face and neck lift.

“I am going to continue until I am completely happy because it is my life and I want to be as perfect as I possibly can be.

“I am living the way that I always dreamed of and I feel fabulous and happy – so that’s all that matters!”
