Hollie Modlinsky, 23, from Manchester, was left horrified by her saggy boobs after slimming from a size 20 to a slinky size 12.
But her parents, mum Jayne, 44, and dad, Terence, 45, were so proud of her weight loss they offered to pay £5,000 to take her 34A boobs to a perky 34F.
Hollie said: “I hated my body and even after losing six stone, my boobs were left looking like bags of excess skin.
“The operation took just over an hour but when I woke up I felt like a new woman.
“I finally had the body I wanted, after all the years of eating takeaways and living off junk, I’d got the figure I wanted.
“Before I would never take photos of myself but now I love taking selfies.”
Hollie had piled on the pounds while working as a holiday rep.
She said: “I used to spend £150 a week on takeaways, my weight was completely out of control.
“In March 2015 I was working in Egypt, however living and working abroad meant I was eating and drinking non-stop, which made me put on even more weight.
“I realised that I felt so uncomfortable in my uniform – wearing tight bodycon skirts at the airport, and shorts around the pool, I felt as though I was too big for my work clothes.
“I struggled to do my job because of my weight, I couldn’t conduct welcome talks because I was too scared that people would be looking at my legs and my double chin.
“I went away weighing 15 stone, and by the time I got back home – after only 9 months – and jumped on the scales, I was 18.5 stone.
“Being away for over nine months, I didn’t realise that I had put on so much weight – but my parents did.
“I arrived home and my mum and dad realised immediately that I had put on too much weight.
“They sat me down and told me that it was really unhealthy how big I was and that they didn’t like seeing me this way – so they told me that I needed to get help.”
It was Jayne’s idea to both encourage Hollie to lose weight and to reward her with a boob job when she had.
Jayne said: “I noticed Hollie was really unhappy and wasn’t her normal bubbly self.
“It’s not nice telling your daughter she needs to lose weight but we had to think about her health as well.
“She was always up and down with weight all her life but this was the biggest we had ever seen her, so we needed to tell her because it was getting her down all the time – we didn’t want our daughter feeling like that.
“We had mentioned to Hollie a lot that if she got to her target weight – we would pay for her to get the boob job she had always wanted.
“Just to help push her a little because she had always wanted them doing.
“We knew that she was going to lose weight, so we set it as a reward to reach her goal.
“Around Christmas time we were sat in the living room on the sofa and at this point Hollie was looking amazing – she had lost 5 stone and was maintaining that.
“So that’s when we told her to book herself in to get a consultation, and that we would pay for it for all of her hard work.
“She got emotional because she had a lovely figure and a bit of excess skin where she had lost the breasts she used to have when she was bigger – so we knew this was going to make her feel more confident.
“She got them done in February this year, and as soon as she had them she was over the moon – it was something she had wanted for years.”
Hollie decided to start calorie counting and home-cooking to get shedding the pounds.
She signed up to the Cambridge Weight Plan and lost 16lb in her first week – spurring her on to stay committed to losing the pounds.
Within 4 months, she had slimmed to just 12st 5lb – but was still unhappy with her body.
Hollie said: “I was so happy, I finally felt my confident personality matching up with my looks.
“However, I still felt as though something wasn’t quite right.
“When I lost all of my weight I became a size 34A and this was too small for me – it felt as though my boob was just excess skin.
“I wanted to get rid of this flab that was just hanging around, and feel completely confident after all of my hard work, and my parents knew this.
“I started out at a 34A and ended up a 34F – and now I feel complete.”
