Meet the incredible granddad who is defying old age and keeping himself so super-fit that he is the world’s OLDEST triathlete. Albert Gilbert, 91, keeps the years at bay by going to the gym three times a week, cycling 25 miles on a Sunday and swimming 50 lengths of his local pool every day. Yesterday (SUN) the pensioner took part in his 41st triathlon in less than three hours, involving a 500 metre swim, a 20k bike ride and a 5k run. Arthur said:
