The artist said: “”The helmet has the look of something from a science-fiction film and I think that will add to its appeal.”

She said: “This project is meant to bring a practical application to the mysteries of the mind.

“The helmet is designed to work as a real-time interface between the human mind and sound synthesis.

“By letting the user hear how their brain works, the helmet enhances self-awareness because all you hear is yourself.

“My own psychological state at the time was my main source of inspiration.

“I was reading a lot about Buddhism and what I liked most about it was the idea of enhancing person’s awareness of self and accepting and enjoying all the experiences of life.

“I think people will want to use the helmet to increase their well-being with Brain Music treatment and Binaural Beats.

“The effects of Brain Music Treatment involve fighting anxiety, insomnia, depression and stress and Binaural Beats are good for reaching a desirable mental state such as increased creativity, meditation, concentration or relaxation.

“I always liked space and everything that is mysterious and unknown.
