Woman Facing Eviction

A woman who has lived in a HORSEBOX in a car park for five years after falling on hard times is facing eviction. Victoria Hartfield, 50, sold her home in Bristol in 2003 after she became unwell and was forced to move into the green van. She was forced to give up her job as a university researcher and bought the £10,000 horsebox to keep a roof over her head. She moved onto the piece of common ground – currently used as a car park – at Cleeve Common, north Somerset in 2007.
