‘Mass shooting’ at Florida school leaves ‘at least 20 injured’ amid reports of an active shooter 

AT least 20 individuals are feared injured after reports of a mass shooting at a Florida school.

Police were called the incident at Majory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland amid reports of an active shooter.

The Broward Sherriff’s Office said it was “working a developing incident’’.

Footage from the scene showed at least five people being treated by the emergency services.

Students were led away from the school in a line.

Coral Springs Police department tweeted instructions to those trapped in the school to ‘’remain barricaded inside until police reach you’’.

The school is understood to still be on lockdown.
