Hospitals Cancer Mistake

A pensioner claims he threw out treasured possessions and even his clothes after a hospital told him he had incurable cancer – only to discover they were wrong. Alfred Beadle (pictured), 77, who had already battled and survived bowel cancer, chucked out everything in despair after being told he was going to die from the disease. Staff at Royal Derby Hospital informed him he had “a malignancy” on his prostate and there was nothing they could do to help him.
