A stunning stone home built by a blind man by hand has gone on sale for just $600,000 (£414k).
Constructed in 1924 by Elmer Reavis, Samoa Ave is in the Sunland-Tujunga neighbourhood of Los Angeles, California, USA.
Inside, the unique home features exposed wooden beams, stone fire-places and stained glass windows.
The 1,398-square-foot main building, which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, also comes with a swimming pool.
There is also a separate guesthouse with it’s own kitchen and loft bedroom.
A fishing pond and patio with built in BBQ complete the grounds.
Reavis reportedly used a system of pulleys and rope to erect the property which is made from locally sourced arroyo stone.
Listing agent, Judy Berna from Coldwell Banker, said: “The house is a work of art and craftsmanship.
“It’s similar to Beethoven creating beautiful music that he could not hear.
“Elmer Reavis created this beautiful house he’d never see.”
