Beverly Hills estate which Jay-Z is keen on hits market with whopping $85 million price tag
A Beverly Hills superhome has hit the market – accompanied by a whopping price tag of $85 MILLION.
The estate, developed by developer and purse tycoon Bruce Makowsky, features 15 baths, eight bedrooms and had NO BUDGET.
As well as its size the mansion also features many eye-popping attractions.
Included in the price are the likes of $5,600 toilets (GBP3460), an 18-seat cinema, doors covered in Italian lizard skin and a gigantic sweet dispenser.
The property also features everything expected from a modern-day mansion such as a luxury garage to hold fancy motors and an infinity pool that overlooks Los Angeles.
It has been reported Jay Z took two tours of the hillside home, which is seen by some as a gamble by developer Makowsky, who had no-one lined up to move into the mammoth property.
This act of boldness, though, has been supported by some, who say there is are growing demands from the super-wealthy, looking to purchase homes in the LA area.
Bob Bascal, a real estate dealer working with the property, said: “Every-room is an experience to the senses as there was no budget.
“The finishes are incredibly detailed and expensive; they exude luxury and care.
“Trousdale estates in Beverly Hills is the most convenient location in the city. It’s a two-minute drive to shopping on Rodeo Drive, a 20-minute drive to the most beautiful beaches in the world – Malibu is incredible, too, and you’re right there.
“The target buyers are those that own gulfstream private planes, mega yachts and want the most exclusive sought after neighborhood in the city. Buyers looking for a second home and want the incredible California lifestyle.
“If you’re a billionaire, you have to live in Los Angeles, as it’s truly one of the best cities in the world.”
