“I bought my first decent camera when I was 20 years old, and since that day, photography has been one of my biggest hobbies.

“I’m self-taught, and I love to convey the little details in life, and therefore, macro photography has become my favorite.

“I combined that with my passion for cats and that has created some amazing moments with the close-up photography.

“I have had cats all my life, and I have always seen the beauty and mystery in them and especially their eyes.

“I do have three cats now, but for most of the time it’s just the one of them who has patience to sit still and be photographed.

“To photograph cats is all about timing and luck, so many of my photos are results of hard work and a lot of patience, but most of all, really good luck.

“Friends and family are also excited, and some have requested a printed version of my photos to hang on their wall.”
