You would be forgiven for believing Kutub’s photos were a catalogue for sci-fi inspired music speakers such is their resemblance to boomboxes.

One bug has been beautifully photographed, covered in water droplets which magnify its bold blue eyes.

A more sinister-looking insect is pictured crouching, seemingly watching prey before making its move.
