These stunning images capture the moment a tiny frog decides to take a swing on a green and pink vine.

The European tree frog was caught swinging in the act in its natural wet habitat in Mersin, Turkey, and with his head tipped back he certainly looks to be having fun.

Photographer and professor in Environmental Engineering, Savas Sener, 50, hopes his macro photography encourages others to see the beauty in nature.

Savas said: “It’s always hard to take a photo of a frog, they are very erratic and can jump away at any minute.

“It definitely looks as though the frog is enjoying his swing and I was lucky enough to catch him before he jumped down.

“Macro photography is a great way to see nature close up and I hope I can encourage others to protect and care for plants and animals that are currently facing the issue of pollution.”
