AIRCRAFT TURNED INTO BAR
A chef has transformed a transatlantic airliner into a fully functioning bar and restaurant. The unusual eatery at Coventry Airport is being run by 35-year-old chef, Tony Caunce, and is the first of its kind in the UK. The 40-seater restaurant has an aviation-themed menu including an 8oz Rapide, Vampire gammon steak, Bomber T-bone steak and a Meteor marinade fillet. Diners can also have a look at the original cockpit.
