Kevin Harrison

I was in the process of wondering how I could get support for my son who was in need of dire medical support when a friend recommended I get in touch with Caters. The day Caters came on board Daniel's life and ours changed. We were amazed when our story reached the national papers and even more surprised when it became international. Without Caters help, we would never have been able to raise the money so quickly. The story was well written and the photographer who came to take our photos was fantastic and took a lot of time with us. I think the photos really helped to get the story out there.Caters got the ball rolling - a ball I'm having difficulty stopping! Three months later, we are on the verge of getting him the medical support he needs. I would definitely recommend Caters to others.

Kevin's son Daniel suffers from a rare condition which means he cannot eat a meal. He is due to go through a £20,000 procedure in April 2011 which has been funded by donations and fundraising, publicised in part by the national news coverage.

When I was first approached to discuss my weightloss I was delighted I could help others. I chatted to the features team for a long time and was shown past examples of weightloss stories Caters had written. I was very impressed with the standard of their work and the attention to detail they obviously share in their stories. They were very understanding and took the time to get the facts right and make sure I was happy with the story regarding my weight loss. I was keen for my story to appear in newspapers as well as magazines, and the features team made sure I was given a great news reporter to work with. I was keen to be in a glossy women's magazine and Caters made sure they contacted just the right type of magazine for my story. I received a great fee out of the experience. I was very happy with the end result and look forward to reading more of Caters work in the future.

Stephanie went from a size 24 to a size 12 in just a year after seeing a message on a friend's phone making fun of her weight.

I'm delighted with the way Caters News Agency dealt with my story. When they first got in touch I had lots of questions and they were very patient with me. As I'm still receiving treatment I made it clear things had to be done on my terms which they respected fully. From the first interview to the photographer coming to see us, it was simple and easy. They were sensitive, helpful and got us great coverage in all the national papers as well as a glossy magazine and on TV. They took the time to get to know us as a family and helped us every step of the way. The features team still keep in touch which I think speaks volumes for the service they offer.

Victoria was told by doctors that she had leukaemia whilst pregnant and urged her to have a late termination to save her life. Instead she defied the odds by delaying her treatment to give birth to a healty baby girl.

Shelli Henderson

I was contacted by a member of the features team after I tweeted about my weight loss. My story made me a sensation overnight, and even though it felt a bit strange seeing my face in the national press, the team were always on hand to put me at ease and give me advice. They always kept in touch to make sure I was happy with the what was being written. Since sharing my story, everyone has been really supportive, and it has even inspired others to lose weight the same way. It feels amazing that I’ve helped others by doing an article. I would definitely recommend Caters to a friend.

Shelli lost an incredible 7 stone in 8 months after buying a Blackberry phone app that helped her track her weightloss.

Caters contacted me after seeing my story in a national magazine. From there they took the story and progressed it to heights I could never imagine. The story was re sold and our company was offered deals from 7 TV production companies, national radio stations, TV shows and I've been been signed to one of the country's best media talent agencies. I cannot offer Caters enough thanks for the work they did for our company. Telling them your story is like telling a friend, and costs you nothing... what have you got to lose?

Rebecca started the UK's first female detective agency after she suspected her husband might be having an affair.

Elliot King

My experience of Caters News Agency is one of complete professionalism. When I was asked to be part of a case study for a magazine I was nervous, but the features girls made me feel relaxed. They arranged everything without fuss and delivered on what they had promised. My transport to the photoshoot was arranged and they kept in touch all day to make sure I'd arrived safely. Several phonecalls to check I was happy with what they had set up and a phonecall afterwards to make sure everything had gone ok. After the interview I was given a full read-back to make sure I was happy with everything. I was paid promtly after publication and I would not hesitate to work with Caters again in the future.

Elliot took part in a case study for More Magazine.
