A wonky dog, who was brought over from Greece with two bowed front legs, is now walking normally after surgery to straighten them - after besotted vets carried out �5000 of surgery for free to help him. Sandy the German Shepherd was found unable to walk because of his severely deformed front legs - the most severe case vets had ever seen - cause by malnutrition.
MOUNT ETNA SMOKE RING
These stunning images show a perfectly formed smoke ring which was puffed out by active volcano Mount Etna. The smoke ring was caught on camera floating in the blue sky off the east coast of Sicily, Italy. The stunning pictures of the perfectly circular smoke ring puffed out by the giant volcano were taken by volcanologist Chris Weber, 45, from Stuttgart in Germany.
GIRL IS AFRAID OF BEING SICK
A teenager is so petrified of being sick that she refuses to be further than 100 yards from the toilet. Pretty Anna Roberts, 19, from Southwick, suffers from the bizarre phobia so severely that she must be near a toilet at all times. The phobia, known as Emetophia, has left Anna living in constant fear and unable to lead a normal life. Anna rarely leaves the house, has no job, and finds it difficult to socialize with friends due to her crippling phobia.

REAL NOAH'S ARK
We’ve already imported their pumps, maybe now it’s time we got our hands on another Dutch creation to help with the floods – a life-size recreation of Noah’s Ark! Carpenter Johan Huibers spent three years and £1million to build the ship in Dordrecht, in the western Netherlands. Construction of the vessel, which weighs in at almost 3000tons and is 20,000m2, started in 2009 and opened to tourists in summer 2012.
